Properties:

It can be infinitely diluted with demonized water before stably stored.The viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the pH value increases.After amino resin is added to the product,its stability is related to PH,i.e.the higher pH,the better stability.

Instructions:

The resin can be dispersed in water after neutralized by neutralizing agent.After the water based amino resin is used as cross-linking agent for baking at high temperature,the paint film can providethe best cross-inking effect.The recommend cross linking agent is partial methyl ether ratification melamine formaldehyde resin,such as,Cytec 327,325.Generally the amino resin consumption is about 20-40wt.%of Resin consumption.The neutralizing agent is generally N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine and trie thylamine and its consumption is about 7%of WL-202 consumption.In order to achieve better adhesion to glass,silane coupling agent must be added before spraying.The baking temperature and time depend on performance requirement,generally 150-180℃and 20-30 min.

Storage

The product should be stored in a cool,dry and ventilated place.The shelf life is 6 months.The expired product can still be used after passing the inspections.
