The series of SKYSIMG SS water-based pigment is an eco-friendly product that is designed for paper coatings. This series
product can be used in both paper pulp coloring and paper surface coloring.
Silica Powder can be used as a colorant in water-based wood finishes to provide a translucent, matte appearance. It can be
mixed into the finish to create a custom color or added as a topcoat for a subtle sheen. Silica powder is a versatile additive
that can enhance the durability and scratch resistance of the finish while also providing a unique texture and depth to the wood
surface. It is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper application and mixing ratios to achieve the desired results.
【Product Features】
1. High tinting strength, easily absorbed by pulp fiber.
2. Excellent color fastness, high resistance to light, migration and chemical agents, hardly affected by PH and different
chemicals.
3. Suitable for decorative raw paper, corrugated paper, printing paper and paper whitening.
4. Eco-friendly, low VOC, non-APEO. The contents of heavy metals, AZO, organic tin , formaldehyde and phthalate pass
standard examinations, and are up to the relevant regulatory requirements.
【Prameters】
NOTES : 1. Light fastness, chemical fastness and heat fastness is determined by pigment structure performance, the parameters
are from the paint suppliers. Light fastness: grade 8 is the best, grade 1 is the worst; chemical fastness: grade 5 is the best, grade
1 is the worst. 2. Color differences
between the real pigment and the printing card may exist, please make sure before using.
【Guidelines】
1. Please stir before using to avoid the uneven colorants caused by high temperature during the transportation or long time storage
2. Please cover the lid after using the colorants to avoid the pollution or volatilization
3. Please keep in cool and ventilate conditions（0~40℃）, unopened is valid for 24 months
【Emergency】
If contact with skin，wipe with the rag and then flush with soap and water.
