Durable, efficient chemical heater with a variety of options for use in most aqueous alkaline solutions, plating and phosphate 

tanks. 

Stainless Steel Heaters have a wide range of applications due to their durability, resistance to corrosion, and ability to withstand 

high temperatures. Some common applications of stainless steel heaters include:
1. Industrial processes: Stainless steel heaters are commonly used in various industrial processes such as chemical processing, 

oil and gas refining, food and beverage production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. They are used to heat liquids, gases, 

and solids in these processes.

2. Water heating: Stainless steel heaters are often used in water heating applications, such as in residential and commercial 

waterheaters, boilers, and heat exchangers. The stainless steel construction ensures that the heater can withstand the corrosive 

effects of water and provide efficient heating.

Heavy wall metal sheaths available in 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, incoloy and titanium. 316 Stainless Steel standard with metal explosion resistant M2 terminal enclosure.

Temperature and level controls sized to match the heater.
