Based on the joint development of GaN-On-Silicon technology and Toshiba's production agreement to ensure the supply of Bridgelux GaN-on-Silicon LED chips, we will expand the cooperation of next-generation LED chips and packages, or platforms. This strengthened strategic relationship will bring a new business opportunity to both parties.

The transaction includes GaN-on-Silicon assets, and Bridgelux personnel will remain at the Bridgelux Livermore headquarters after the transaction to ensure continued technical and commercial cooperation.
