Operation instructions
1. Switch on the 380 or 220V incoming line power. Signal linkage line (without external power supply) can be connected to the contact point of the sewage pump contactor.
2. Open the main water inlet valve and check whether the pipeline leaks (the equipment has been tested before leaving the factory). If the pipeline is open, observe the inlet pressure. , General high pressure setting 0.25-0.4Mpa, low pressure set 0.15Mpa). Check whether the YAO port is normal and close the valve.
3. Prepare 30-35 sodium chlorate solution according to 1:2 (one part of tap water of chloric acid). The content of sodium chlorate purchased should be greater than 98 and hydrochloric acid concentration 30-35.
4. The solid sodium chlorate was placed in the dissolving vessel so that the sodium chlorate was fully dissolved, the stirring was stopped, and the reaction was allowed to stand for ten minutes. Insert the hose into the dissolved sodium chlorate solution and open the suction valve to suck the material into the chlorate tank.
5, hydrochloric acid dosing, the hose into the hydrochloric acid barrel, open the acid absorption valve, through the role of the water injector will be discharged in the hydrochloric acid tank to form a negative pressure, hydrochloric acid will be siphon the hydrochloric acid into the box.
6, start the power, open the YAO valve, open the heater, open the hydrochloric acid metering pump and chloric acid metering pump, adjusted to the required dosage (0-160 pulses, 0-10L / H) the number of two pump pulse should be the same .
7. Equipped with ZHI staff, familiar with the working principle of the equipment, regular cleaning, maintenance, observation instruments, instruments.
8. It is forbidden to open the heater without water. It is not necessary to heat in the summer and open in winter when the temperature is low. The operating temperature is 20-50 degrees.
Precautions
Always check the negative pressure of the ejector. If there is a blockage, it must be stopped and cleaned. Regularly check the bottom valve of the metering pump. If the surface is too dirty, rinse the tap water and clean the chlorhydric acid tank and chlorhydric acid tank regularly. Observe whether the metering pump water is normal and whether the pipeline is open or leaking. Strict use of waste hydrochloric acid, sodium chlorate, and spent sodium chlorite is strictly prohibited and must meet the required specifications. The two kinds of raw materials must not be piled together. They should be stored separately. The raw materials and the equipment room should be well ventilated. When the hydrochloric acid tank is purged and vented, it is required to dilute the discharge with tap water. The water inlet is open to the outside and no particulate matter can be inhaled. Inlet pressure should be greater than 0.25Mpa, out of YAO mouth pressure should be less than 0.2Mpa or maintain normal pressure. It is forbidden to open the heater without water, no heating in the summer and open in the winter at low temperature. The working temperature is 20-50 degrees.
Troubleshooting
1, the residual chlorine in the water is too high or too low should be adjusted accordingly the flow of hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorate pumps.
2. The ejector negative pressure is too low. Clean the ejector or clean the line filter of the total intake.
3, metering pumps do not water: check the inlet is blocked, whether the power is connected, the interface is loose, the bottom valve filter is blocked, and timely cleaning (refer to the metering pump instructions).
4. When it is running automatically, it cannot start: Check remote signal, pressure indication, hydrochloric acid liquid level, chloric acid liquid level, and it can not start under normal conditions.
