Heat Exchangers Introduction
1. PTFE heat exchangers are using Japan Daikin Corporation and other imported raw materials.
Using advanced tube manufacturing equipment and processing methods, hot-melt welding of tubes and flanges for Assembly
into heat exchangers.
PTFE heat exchanger is applicable for chromium plating, acidic tin plating, zinc plating, electroless plating, anodizing and heating, cooling, evaporation and condensation of chemical, pharmaceutical and food's industry's corrosive liquids.
2. Titanium tube heat exchanger and external cycle heat exchanger are using TA1 material, purity up to 99.7%, high corrosion resistance, applicable to acid liquid heating and cooling.
3. 316(316L) tube heat exchanger and external cycle heat exchanger are using high quality stainless steel materials.
Heat Exchangers Features
1. Heat exchanger with PFA, FEP, PVDF pipe materials, has better performance than polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material,
and high thermal stability, flexibility, transparency and resistance to tearing.
2. Applicable temperature range -180~260C
3. Excellent temperature resistance, be bent into any shape, bending radius shall be ≥ 150mm
4. Excellent electrical insulation, non-stick and Aging resistance. No matter what corrosive gases, liquids or exposure to bad air,
aging resistance can be up to 10 years.
5. To PTFE, titanium, 316L heat exchanger, tubes cluster together. Small diameter and large number of tubes, large area of heat exchange, high pressure and heat dispersion, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.
