SKYELEC titanium immersion heaters are designed for the demands of corrosive chemical heating, with a vast array
of configurations available such as open tank, screw plug and flange. We offer sizes as small as 500 watts for laboratory
environments and as large as 50,000 watts for industrial applications.

Detailed information:
1. The 3kw electric heaters are made of seamless titanium tubes, with the shape classified into vertical shape, "L" shape and
"Z" shape, etc. Or they can be custom-made according to customers' designs.
2. Power of the electric heaters is decided according to the installation location, chemical liquid properties and deposition.
3. The regular diameter of our 3kw electric heaters are 11mm, 16mm, 19mm, 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, 45mm and 50mm
available.
4. The 3kw Electric Heater with diameter of 11mm and 16mm are heat-shrinkable, its surface power is about 5-10w/cm2, which is applicable to heat liquid with good liquidity and little solid deposition.
5. The 3kw electric heater with diameter of 45mm is designed with low surface power and good durability, which is specifically
applied to printed circuit boards industries.
6. All 3kw electric heaters can be made into 110V/P, 220V/P, 380V/P, 220V/3P, 380V/3P, 415V/3P, 480V/3P, etc.
7. All 3kw electric heaters can be matched with thermal protection switches of 95 °C or 105°C.
8. All 3kw electric heaters are certified by CE and ISO9001:2008, which insure the reliability and service life.
