Characteristics
A water Electric Quartz Immersion Heater is a type of heating element used in industrial applications to heat liquids, such
as water, oil, or chemicals. It consists of a quartz tube that is filled with a heating coil made of high-resistance wire, typically
nichrome or kanthal. The quartz tube is sealed at both ends and has electrical terminals for connecting to a power source.
When the heater is turned on, an electric current passes through the heating coil, which generates heat. The heat is then
transferred to the liquid surrounding the quartz tube, raising its temperature. The quartz tube acts as an insulator, preventing
the heating coil from coming into direct contact with the liquid.
