Feature
Powder State Matt Hardener is a type of additive used in coatings to achieve a matte finish. It is typically mixed with the
coating material to reduce glossiness and create a more subdued, flat appearance.
This hardener is available in powder form, making it easy to incorporate into various coating formulations. It is commonly used
in industries such as automotive, furniture, and architectural coatings.
Powder State Matt Hardener offers several benefits, including improved scratch resistance, enhanced durability, and increased
chemical resistance. It can also help to improve the overall appearance of the coating by reducing light reflection and minimizing
imperfections.
When using Powder State Matt Hardener, it is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper mixing ratios and
application techniques. The amount of hardener required may vary depending on the desired level of matte effect and the specific
coating system being used.
Overall, Powder State Matt Hardener is a valuable additive for coatings that require a matte finish. It offers numerous benefits and
can help to enhance the performance and appearance of the final coating product.
Appearance: White powder
Melting point: 210-230 °C
Non-volatile: Min. 98.5%
Application
- HF68 may be applied both in pure epoxy and hybrid (epoxy-polyester) resin powder coatings
-The gloss from 5% to 10% of pure epoxy powder coatings and the gloss from 10% to 70% of Hybrid Powder Coatings can
be easily obtained by using HF68.
-Used in hybrid powder coating, matt or semi-matt gloss can be achieved by replacing some of the polyester in the formulation
with an equivalent quantity of HF68.
