appearance and high transparency. As well as low oil absorption, easy dispersion and smoothly touch with minimal
impact of viscosity.
Below are the usual silica coatings for industrial coatings.
1. Organic silicon resin coating: organic silica resin has the low adhesion and good dispersion which is easy to dispersing
in the coatings.
2. Organic silicon thickener: adding silica dioxide into the coating can increase the adhension of the coating which can
extend the coatings' using time.
3. Organic silicon dispersant: using silica dioxide as the dispersant is due to its excellent dispersion, it can help the large
particles in the coatings dispersing.
4. Organic silicon emulsifier: silicon emulsifier can emulsify silicone oil into fine droplets, making it easier to disperse in
the paint.
5. Organic silicon anti-settling agent: silicon anti-settling agent can prevent solid particles from settling in the paint and
maintain the uniformity of the paint.
6. Silicon dispersion additives: silicon dispersion additives can improve the dispersion ability of paint to pigments and fillers,
making it easier to disperse evenly.
It should be noted that different industrial silicon coatings may require the use of different dispersants and auxiliaries, and the
specific choice should be determined according to the formulation and use requirements of the coating.
